We are looking for a Service Operations Officer to join a newly established team within the Wholesale Banking Operations Poland. You’ll join Wholesale Banking Operations, we ensure that the corporate actions are handled in a timely and accurate manner for our customers. What you’ll be doing: Handling administrative tasks enabling a smooth processing of customers corporate actions Closely work with stakeholders to ensure a delivery of a high standard customer service Contributing to business development and changes impacting the delivery of the services by the team Optionally taking part in a transition of processes from the Nordics to Poland The role is based in Łódź. You will have daily contact with clients, internal and external business partners and with some extent Danish, Norwegian, Finish, Swedish and international authorities.
